Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes you can use PayPal for secured payments for all credit/debit card transactions.

What if a product is not in stock?
We keep all products shown on our websites in stock. In the event of a item being out of stock we can obtain that item next day so there would be a minimum of delay.

What method of payment do you accept?
We prefer all of our transactions to go through Paypal but we do accept Post/money orders and cheques. There is a delay with cheque clearance of 21 days before your order is despatched. Our bank states this is the reconised time for positive clearance from them and unfortunately the company has to abide by this.

What if I want to return my purchase?
There is no problem with you returning items but they must be in their original unopened wrappers/packages. All items must be returned within 5 days of receipt. We will of course accept any product or item that fails through manufacturing faults within a reasonable time span. There is a 20% restocking fee for wrongly ordered or cancelled items Postage on returned items is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

From January 1st 2007 you now have a choice of postal rates based on the new Royal Mail sizing pricing structure. We only post Monday-Friday, excluding holidays please take this into account when ordering.

Is your packaging discreet? Everything is sent out in strong plastic envelopes or cardboard boxes. There are no company logos or visible writing on any of our packaging.

In what name does my purchase show up on my credit card statement
Your purchase will not show up as the companies. The transaction will show up as an individuals name not a company name, this is the way PayPal system works.
